Every so often I’ll hear a classic 70′s disco track and imagine what it was like to party in that era. Montreal’s electro-fuck duo, Chromeo have earned their keep in the electronic music realm by allowing millennials a chance to borrow their parents’ boogie. Enlisting a timeless vocal treatment from Chaz Bundick aka Toro y Moi, “Come Alive” boasts the type of feel good, uplifting vibe that’s perfect for welcoming the 80′s or the year 2014. We can expect the track to be featured on Chromeo’s fourth studio album, White Women, due sometime this year. Stay tuned for the official release date.
